A. PARTS.

ALL IRO CYCLE manufactured components are warranted againts defects in workmanship and materials for two years.

EXCEPTION: we do not cover stripped pedal threads. For information on pedal installation, consult our shop manual here.

B. FRAMESETS
	1) 2) 3)	All IRO CYCLE frames are warranted againts defects in welds and materials for two years. This is subject to the judgement of IRO CYCLE Inc. and applies to the original owner of the frame. "No Matter What" Crash Replacement Policy. Our crash replacements policy is just as it sounds. No Matter what happens to the frame, we will replace it for half of the current retail price. Please note that you must first Register Your IRO Frame and must send us your damaged frame in order to qualify for our crash replacement policy.

C. HUBS & WHEELS
	1) 2)	All IRO CYCLE hubs and wheelsets are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for two years. This is subject to the judgment of IRO CYCLE Inc. and applies to the original owner. EXCEPTION: we do not cover stripped threads on hubs.

D. BIKE REGISTRATION
	1) 2)	Register your bike to qualify for cash replacements policy or to protect yourself later if you get in an accident. Your serial number is printed on the bottom of your bicycle frame on the bottom bracket tube.

E. LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY

•During the warranty period, Irocycle Inc. will repair or replace products at it’s own option that prove to be defective. Repairs are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty or a 90 day extended warranty, whichever is longer. Repair or replacement of the product is the sole remedy under this warranty.

• All parts need to be installed by a professional mechanic for warranty activation. Be prepared to verify installation with original receipt from your shop; receipt must contain a printed header with the shop’s name, address and phone # for verification.

• The warranty does not apply to any part of a product that has been installed, altered, repaired, or misused in any way (including, but not limited to - accident, misuse, neglet, abuse or improper maintenance) that, in the opinion of Irocycle Inc, would affect the reliability or detracts from the performance of any part of the product, or is damaged as the result of use in a way or with equipment that had not been previously approved by Irocycle Inc.

• The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of any product or the failure of the customer to provide regular maintenance of a product. In other words, the warranty will NOT cover the damages to any product after a period of normal use. In addition, the warranty will not cover the damages to any product due to the failure of the customer to provide regular maintenance to that product (ie. regular greasing and tightening)

• The warranty does not apply to paint or other normal “wear and tear” items such as seats, grips, tires, tubes, cables, brake pads, chains....

• The warranty does not apply to any product or parts there of where the serial number or the serial number of any of its parts has been altered, defaced, or removed.

• No raw (uncoated or unpainted) frame or complete bicycle will carry any warranty.
