Framesets

All IRO CYCLE frames are warranted against defects in welds and materials for two years. This is subject to the judgment of IRO CYCLE Inc. and applies to the original owner of the frame.

Hubs and Wheelsets

All IRO CYCLE hubs and wheelsets are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for two years. This is subject to the judgment of IRO CYCLE Inc. and applies to the original owner.

Exceptions

We do not cover stripped threads on hubs if stamped cogs are used. Only quality CNC machined cogs must be used on our hubs. The hub and cog must be returned for examination and determination of the defect.

Parts

All IRO CYCLE manufactured components are warranted against defects in workmanship amd materials for two years.

NO MATTER WHAT CRASH REPLACEMENT POLICY

Our crash replacement policy is just as it sounds. No matter what happens to the frame we will replace it for half of the current retail price.
