International Orders are shipped with the Post Office not UPS. When you check out the shipping charges are not correct. The charges show UPS charges not Post Office charges. Before your credit card is processed we correct the shipping charge and send you an email with the correct shipping charge from the Post Office. As a General Rule shipping a frameset to countries in Europe is under $90.00 US and a complete bike is around $150.00 US
